I am a massage therapist with over 26 years of experience. I fell in love with massage when I received my first professional massage. Who doesn’t love massage?! I realized I wanted to make others feel that good. I take great pride in helping others feel better and improving their lives through massage.

I trained at Blue Sky Massage School in Grafton, Wisconsin. I have practiced massage in Wisconsin, California, Minnesota and back to Wisconsin. Over the years I have worked independently, in the spa industry, and for a few different chiropractors specializing in neck and back pain management.

Tips for Massage

  • Drink lots of water before and after.  This helps the body release toxins that you are able to release with massage.
  • Plan to take it easy for about 20 minutes after massage (sometimes longer). Go for a walk or sit quietly. This allows the massage to settle into the body.
  • Even a warm bath can be helpful and refreshing.

About Massage

Massage therapy dates back thousands of years. Massage is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being.

Massage has been proven to help:

  • Reduce muscle pain and tension
  • With premature infant growth
