Nature’s Flu Shot – Pineapple Ginger JuicePineapples

  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Garlic Clove – Minced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Organic Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Organic Cayenne Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups Organic Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Raw Honey

Blend in a blender or shake in a jar. Drink 1/2 cup a day during flu season, or three times a day when you are starting to get sick.
