Nature’s Flu Shot – Pineapple Ginger Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- Garlic Clove – Minced
- 1/4 Teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Organic Cayenne Powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Organic Pineapple Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Raw Honey
Blend in a blender or shake in a jar. Drink 1/2 cup a day during flu season, or three times a day when you are starting to get sick.
