Ways to order

Customers may place orders online using credit card (VISA,Mastercard). You may also send a check or money order. Customers may also order by phone (920-757-9887) or fax (920-757-9875).

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped USPS. There is NO CHARGE for shipping to the continental United States. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii are $5 for purchases of $25 or less, and $6 for purchases of more than $25. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

Returns must be pre-approved by calling 920/757-9887 or emailing acuone@juno.com. No returns are available for opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. You, however, are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products.

Taxes

Wisconsin residents who purchase products from our website will have 5% sales tax added.
